Hotel Cancellation Policy

All Hotels and Accommodations and services are fully refundable minus a 12.5 % service fee if they are cancelled before 48 hrs of the Reservation Date. Cancellations or No-Shows that occur after 48 hours of the reservation date are required to pay 100% of the reservation total. There are no refunds for early departure. The placement of your payment acknowledges acceptance of this policy, as well as all other rules and regulation.

Hotel Privacy Policy

The address and name of the hotel are kept anonymous to protect the privacy of the establishment. You will receive the address in your confirmation email immediately after booking

Transportation Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for Transportation services must be made at least 24 hours before your booking time to receive a refund. Cancellations made after this time will not be guaranteed a refund.

In the event your plane is Cancelled a refund WILL be issued. A Cancelled flight or Delayed flight can easily be verified through our flight tracking system.

In the event your plane is delayed we will do everything we can to pick you up at the delayed arrival time. In the event you can not be picked up you WILL be issued a refund.
